A warmest congratulations from BPS Global to DSV Fanling Logistics Centre on its successful completion and operation! The Group's representatives were honoured to be invited and witnessed the Opening Ceremony of the DSV Fanling Logistics Centre that took place on 26 July 2024. The Centre boasts the largest cold storage temperature-controlled facility in the first half of 2024 in Hong Kong.

To meet the growing demand for temperature-controlled food and products in the Hong Kong market, DSV chose to build a temperature-controlled warehouse with a total construction area of ​​180,000 square feet in Fanling. It provides a high-standard cold chain system, covering normal temperature, frozen warehousing and seamless storage, cold chain logistics transportation, distribution and other facilities. The warehouse is also equipped with an ultra-low temperature cold storage of minus 18 degrees Celsius, which provides comprehensive temperature control functions and effectively improves food storage, processing and manufacturing capabilities.

The DSV Fanling Logistics Centre is also equipped with a temperature-controlled lobby with inflatable door seals at loading docks, ensuring goods are loaded onto lorries in a nearly sealed environment to maintain optimal temperatures during handling. High-quality standards are also necessitated by the project's nature, including obtaining cold storage and food factory licences to meet relevant regulations and standards.

BPS Global Group facilitated the design and construction of the temperature-controlled warehouse for DSV within a short period from January to June 2024, highlighting the group's expertise in large-scale cold room warehouse projects and cementing its professional leadership in the engineering sector.
