BPS Global Group, a leading engineering company in Hong Kong, brings extensive experience and is committed to delivering professional renovation solutions to clients. Recently, we had the privilege of providing interior renovation services for the Ho Wong Cheong Po Neighbourhood Elderly Centre of the Heung Hoi Ching Kok Lin Association, located at Celestial Place in To Kwa Wan, Kowloon.

The Heung Hoi Ching Kok Lin Association is a local Buddhist charity organisation, with this project funded by the Lotteries Fund to support social welfare services. We transformed the traditional design of the Ho Wong Cheong Neighbourhood Elderly Centre through dismantling and renovation, creating a modern, minimalist and comfortable style that enhances both spatial quality and functionality.

This project presented a significant time-management challenge, with only 75 days allotted for completion. Additionally, we needed to coordinate fire safety engineering, ensure timely delivery of centre facilities, source materials with extended lead times and manage various unforeseen factors. In facing these challenges, BPS Global Group leveraged its extensive engineering experience, meticulously prepared in advance, and stayed ready to handle unexpected situations.
