


BPS Logistics Technology is currently introducing Hong Kong’s first Automatic Dispensing System project for the Specialist Out-Patient Clinics under a public healthcare institution in Hong Kong. The project is now progressing in full swing, and the team held a traditional worship ceremony this morning to pray for the smooth advancement of the works. As the solution provider for the project, BPS Logistics Technology is responsible for the system design and construction works, marking an important milestone in the development of smart healthcare infrastructure and healthcare automation in Hong Kong.
The project spans approximately 10,000 square feet across two floors. Upon completion, the system will fully integrate medication storage, retrieval, dispensing and distribution processes, enabling pharmacy automation and significantly enhancing the overall operational efficiency and workflow coordination of the outpatient pharmacy.
Given the project’s highly specialised healthcare environment requirements, as well as the complexity of hardware and software integration, system testing and stringent compliance standards, the project presents considerable challenges to the engineering team’s technical expertise and project management capabilities. Leveraging its extensive engineering experience and professional management capabilities, the BPS team is advancing the project in an organised manner while maintaining strict control over overall quality and compliance to ensure stable system operation and seamless integration across all workflows.
