BPS Global Group upholds the philanthropic spirit of giving back to society and actively supports community and youth development, by providing diversified learning opportunities for young people.

The Group recently participated in the InnoPreneur Experience Journey Job Shadowing Programme co-organised by the Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI) and the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park (HKSTP). Our colleagues from the Logistics Technology, Engineering, Human Resources & Administration and Marketing Departments had the pleasure of inspiring three secondary school students to explore automation warehouse technologies, engineering, personal growth career development as well as recent trends in marketing promotions.

The mentors shared their work experience, enabling the mentees to better understand their work and the scope of the Group’s various businesses. The students also visited the MTR Academy, one of our engineering projects onsite and gained insights into the business scope and process management of engineering.
