Project Overview:

Store Friendly Group assigned BPS Global to supply and install an industry-leading automated safety deposit box system for its new warehouse. This project was installed and tested between May and June this year, aiming to meet the growing demand for high-end storage services and the decreasing bank deposit box services.

Project Challenges:

With the minimal space in the service center, the main challenge of this project was installing the storage system within an extremely narrow area. With this in mind, our engineering team carefully designed the construction plan and sent engineers to visit and import the most advanced technology from a safety deposit box manufacturer with decades of skilled experience in Japan to ensure the new system reaches banking-level standards.

This automated system enables 24/7 self-service access, where users can enter private area via biometric authentication and securely access their safety deposit boxes. All operating processes provide absolute privacy for users. The storage center also has temperature and humidity control, fire alarms, and dual entrance restrictions, further enhancing security standards.

After three months of intensive construction, the BPS Global team overcame various difficulties and delivered this project on schedule. The operation of this system will significantly improve the storage service quality of Storefriendly Group, provide exceptional user experiences and further consolidate its leading position in the industry.
