The BPS Global team took full responsibility for the project's design and execution, including lighting systems, racking solutions, fire protection facilities, CCTV surveillance, high-speed network infrastructure, refrigeration equipment, and parking lot markings and loading ramps. The warehouse was equipped with customised high-load racking and an efficient lighting system to improve storage capacity and operational efficiency. The upgrades to the refrigeration and fire safety systems ensure cargo security and meet specialised storage requirements. Additionally, the optimised design of the parking area and ramps has significantly improved the fluidity of loading and unloading processes. These enhancements reflect meticulous planning and layout design, creating a modern, efficient, secure logistics environment for the client.
One of the most significant challenges of this project was the tight 90-day timeline, compounded by the impact of the Lunar New Year holiday on transportation and supply chains. The client specifically required one department to relocate and become operational before the holiday, while limited material supply and logistics during the festive period further compressed the actual construction time. Through meticulous pre-planning and flexible response strategies, BPS Global successfully delivered the project on schedule, meeting client expectations and earning high praise.
