BPS Global Group has recently completed an Alteration and Addition (A&A) project at ATL Logistics Centre, delivering a fully integrated operational space by connecting two previously separate warehouse units. The project included Buildings Department submissions, partition demolition, HVAC system redesign, and spatial reconfiguration, significantly enhancing the functionality and efficiency of the facility.
The scope of work covered demolition of walls, refurbishment of ceilings and flooring, reinstallation of air-conditioning systems, and upgrades to fire safety features. The BPS team also implemented rigorous protective measures for existing installations to ensure that ongoing operations in unaffected areas remained undisturbed throughout the construction period, demonstrating strong site management and technical professionalism.
A key challenge of the project was a critical zone with only a tight construction window, during which demolition, reconstruction, and handover had to be completed simultaneously. Thanks to precise scheduling and agile execution, the team successfully delivered on time, earning high praise from the client.
Beyond space optimisation, the project also improved workflow efficiency and the working environment, providing strong operational support for the client's day-to-day logistics. BPS Global remains committed to delivering added value for enterprises through professional expertise and high-performing teams.
