The project mainly involves heavy retrofit and refurbishment work, transforming a warehouse to a creative hub. The site offers comfortable environment with a hint of life and style, encompassing co-working space, workstations, meeting rooms and multifunctional warehouse space.
After communicating with our client and fully understanding their requirements, we transformed the preliminary thoughts into advanced design concept. BPS Global considered every detail such as material selection, execution of construction, cost control and structural safety, and transformed the client’s aspiration into a customized, feasible solution. Once the solution was set, the project team put their best efforts from project inception to project completion. The team completed such a large-scale warehouse retrofit project, which covers a gross floor area exceeding 40,000 sq. ft., within only 120 days.
Storage device was added and the old racking system was replaced with an advanced system, granting the renovated warehouse an entirely new look. Most importantly, the well-organized and advanced racking system will be a great help for our client to enhance the overall operational efficiency and lower the logistics cost.
