BPS Global was entrusted in setting up a 2-storey warehouse and office, which has a coverage of 300,000 square feet, for a leading beverage manufacturer. We are the sole designer and builder. This project had to be completed in 5 months, due to the limited time given, our professional team had worked closely with all parties involved so to make sure this challenging project could be accomplished in time.

The new offices are distributed on the East wing and West wing, separated by 3 administration areas, consisting of multi-purposes common room, security room, East wing and West wing administration office. Ensuring the employees can work in a comfortable environment, there are locker rooms, shower rooms and changing rooms.

At the same time, we designed and planned for the warehouse. That includes Epoxy flooring, iron platform building, lighting, installation of ventilation and electrical power systems, etc. 3 layers of coating in the Epoxy flooring project were applied, which could improve the condition of the floor so that skidding and dust accumulating could be minimized while durability could be maximized. Markings on the floor and forklift tracks to ensure the work safety of staff in the warehouse.
