Recently, a new project that involves the interior renovation of a 6,500 sq.ft. warehouse has been awarded to the BPS Global Group. The project involves the transformation of a warehouse area to an air conditioned multifunctional space. The space includes an air conditioned storage facility, server rooms, conference rooms and administrative office space for on-site support staffs. Highlight of the project includes relocation of racking from other warehouse to the new multifunctional space as well.
Drawing upon the abundant experience in the areas of warehouse relocation and storage solutions, BPS assisted CEVA in relocating existing pallet rack to new facility with the highest level of safety and efficiency. With careful planning, BPS also maximized the storage capacity through effective and practical layout designs. Other scope of work includes flooring coating, lighting system and MVAC installation.
The renovation project was conducted within an occupied space and required extensive planning and careful coordination to avoid any disturbance in on-going operations. BPS is proud to have exceeded all expectations from CEVA and the project was satisfactorily completed both in-time and within budget.
