Overview
CSI Property Investment Ltd appointed BPS Global to upgrade and renovate the Everest Building. The project included elevator lobby, corridor, floor and ceiling renovation and other repair work.
The Everest Building is located at the junction of Nathan Road and Jordan Road in Jordan, it is the heart of Jordan. The property was built in 1960 and had been in business for about 60 years. As the building facilities were relatively old, it is also relatively difficult to obtain the floor plans from the Buildings Department. Our BPS Global professional consultant team had conducted on-site inspections and investigations to study the original structure, making sure all the renovation work complied with the regulations of the Building Department.
