BPS rejuvenates the carpark ramp (approx. 820 sqm.) from 1st to 3rd floors at The Capitol of Tseung Kwan O.
For the specific areas such as ramps and turning circles need heavy duty protection due to mechanical impact and abrasion. We offered a range of resurfacing services including removal of coating, grease, laitance and contaminants on existing floor; With a repair solution together with coating, re-installation of road facilities to provide maximum wear resistance and durability. Noise and dust nuisance issues are often associated with land-use activities. To meet the safety standard, several working procedures were arranged during day-time. The project is expected to be finished by end of December in year 2019.
