Recently, BPS Global successfully completed an indoor swimming pool maintenance project at clubhouse of Island Harbourview which was located at Hoi Fai Road, Tai Kok Tsui . The club house was managed by MTR Property Management. Island Harbourview is one of the largest private housing estates in West Kowloon of Hong Kong. The building has already been built for nearly 20 years. The false ceiling was made by wood and has been clustered the moisture for 20 years, it was difficult to manage the maintenance work.
The indoor swimming pool means the environment is humid and it was directly exposed to water. The ceilings in these areas requires special features to resist humid and the ceilings used within swimming pool areas should have the following functions: moisture resistant, mildew resistant, chemical resistant, scrubs, scratches, and prevent sagging. Since the clubhouse has outdoor and indoor swimming pools, the standard of hygiene control of the swimming pool is very high. Leaning onto our rich experience and communicative approach of project management, BPS Global again demonstrated a well-planned project with result beyond expectations from our client.
The professional project team had repeatedly monitored the testing and inspection work, studied its original structure and understood how its structure was dismantled without affecting safety. Maintenance work was carried out in several stages and we took 3 months to complete the maintenance work. By utilizing the expertise of our project team, focusing on quality control and safety and using proactive approach of communication, BPS Global Group has successfully overcome the challenges and subsided any concerns of our client.
