The distribution center is built with state of arts. Our project scope includes the Alternation & Addition (A&A), Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) works, fitting out, design and build services. We helped the client to address different needs through redesigning and revitalizing existing spaces.
We offered our client with workplace strategy advisory service for associated interior re-design, staff can enjoy a comfortable working environment with sufficient lighting and air-conditioning system. By adopting customized smart technology in operation and facility management, it connected all the facilities in office to provide a personalized experience that maximizes the safety, productivity, efficiency, and convenience to create a sustainable healthy workplace.
